AMANDA TEN NAPEL

Owner, Outpatient Therapist

Amanda is an Iowa and Minnesota licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a Qualified DOT Substance Abuse Professional.  Amanda has experience in working with children, adults, families, and couples dealing with a multitude of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, marital struggles, and abuse.  She has a certificate training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and is EMDR certified.  She utilizes a non-judgmental, systemic approach to her therapy and utilizes techniques from solution-focused, CBT, and Gottman.  Amanda is a member of the AAMFT and the IMHCA.

Amanda is passionate about helping those in her small, rural community.
